Happy times

Took the hooligans down the field this evening for a wee run around and try in vain to play fetch with them with their new balls..... and surprisingly enough it went great!! Big Grin

Usually you throw a ball, they both run for it if Leroy is ahead of Diesel she just gives up, and then when Leroy brings the ball back and drops it to get a treat Diesel sneaks in under him, steals the ball and bolts away and fetch just turns into a game of chase between them to and me and my oh being left standing there feeling rather redundant! lol an even if you take two balls they only want one of them and are totally uninterested in the other one!
But this evening it was a whole different ball game (lol) first i threw Leroys new ball, they both ran but i shouted Diesel and threw her one and she chased that instead ! thumbs up

Leroy would then run to Diesel with his ball in his mouth and chase her back to us but when they came back, Leroy dropped his and so did Diesel! This is unheard of! and this continued. I'd throw Leroys first then as Diesel set off i'd shout her and throw her ball in the opposite direction and she kept bringing it back! Since getting Leroy its been harder and harder to get a toy off Diesel she just runs away so this was soo good to see Big Grin

So refreshing to have a nice playtime with them for once, especially with all the issues we've been having with Leroy lately.
