Putting the house on the market, so had 2 estate agents to value it. One came who looked like someone from TOWIE!, valued it at £155,000 ! what an insult although semi detached it has 5 bedrooms! The second valuation was £189,000 more like it I think as more than likely have to drop a little. Why are some of these agents so jumped up! unless he was looking for a quick sale to earn his commission ?
