Toddler killed by dog
So sad
http://news.ninemsn.com.au/national/2013/08/05/08/03/toddler-killed-in-dog-attack-in-rural-nsw
From this and other stories regarding the incident it sounds like the toddler walked into the yard unsupervised to go to a fridge. The owner of the dog apparently wasn't there ... the mother walked in on the dog attacking the child and grandmother.

Re: Toddler killed by dog
None of that made sense? It starts by saying the dog was not dangerous...then goes on to say that owners usually contain the dogs well and that the owner wasnt to blame, then said its the owners resposibility to look after the dog...which was pts?
That has got to be the worst written article i have ever saw. Im actually shocked!
Sad about the kid though.

You are right Hayley, it is a badly written piece and sounds more like a rushed put together arrangement of a group of articles ???
I've read through it again and still cannot decipher if the owner was present during the attack this isn't clear.
