omg i cant sleep

what wrong with meeeeeeee it's nearly 2 am grrrrr

 still cant get to sleep i just been laying in bed i'm wide awake im going be mr grumpy tomoz  

if i dont go to sleep soon it be pointless going to sleep i got to get up at 8 grrrr  

i'm always up at this time haha, we are on the xbox as per

Depends if it's caffine free or not? Green tea does have caffine because I didn't realise at first! I don't drink anything with caffine during the evenings now and sleep much better.

peppermint and lemon

peppermint and lemon shouldn't have caffeine, but best to check the packet it came, sometimes they do! Caffeine always keeps me wide awake, have to make sure all my teas have no caffeine so I can enjoy a cup before bed
