know that smell, my mum used to cook it for our rough collie, soon as i smelt what she was doing, i went out

Doesn't smell as bad raw.
My mum used to cook it for our GSD's when I was a kid. Cooked at is really bad. Raw the smell only lasts about 30 mins afterwards.
