i making some of my snack things and i try an different curry paste it smell lovely!! i wish you all could smell it drooling

i remove all the meat and oil thinking

i used this curry paste today Smile

the smoke paprika drooling

2 cloves garlic
1 thumb-sized piece fresh root ginger
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons garam masala
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons tomato puree
2 fresh red chillies
1 small bunch fresh coriander
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds

Sounds good. Getting simular smells at the moment. Ramadhan at the moment so this time every night smells good. Last 4 nights my neighbour has sent food round. I couldn't get the food that good or the rice that fluffy even if I attended a 20 year cooking course
