I'm just simmering my joint of ham ready for tomorrow night, and tonight too I think, I wish I could convey how wonderful it smells 
.
I put some carrots onions and cloves in the water with the ham and it just smells divine

I've been pigging out on a ham cooked with brown sugar, cloves and orange juice (apparently).
Of course, I had no hand in preparing any of it, but I did road test a few kilos just to make sure it was alright, like.
