I know it won't solve anything, but have a drink, makes things look better, for now anyway! Tomorrows another day, things come in threes and you've had your share!

Do your vets take installments? Some will come to an arangment.

Samson had some skin problems but luckily a change of food sorted his out, i'm sure they'll do some skin scrapes and run some tests and come up with a solution

They did all that with my first and never found a solution, she grew out of it. How much is the specialist, and does the insurance cover that too, at least you'll get it back in the long run.

You know something called (maleseb) I hope ive spelled it correct and I cant remember if I got it for the horses or the dogs all I know is my boy started to scratch himself under the armpits and they went lumpy and raw its a product you put on make a lather and wash off after 10 mins. Anyway I did it and the irritation stopped and then before a walk I put on vaseline as a barrier against grass irritation and it cleared up no problem.
Iused it on one of the horses she had rubbed her mane out nearly and it was all weeping and scabby did it with that and it cleared it.
Just thought Id mention it in case you get no joy on friday and it maybe worth a try Big Grin
