New food?
Hiya everyone!
just wondering if you can help me and Diablo out..
when we got him at 2 months old he was eating supercoat which in all honesty wasnt doing any good for him.. so i decided to change his food to lamb and rice pro plan.. the vet had complained that his coat was too rough and not soft like a puppy's coat should be.. so he told me to change his diet and his shampoo (which is currently an oatmeal and aloe vera based one)
Now i live in townsville which unfortunatly doesnt have much of a selection of food for this lil rascal.
he's 4 months today!!
he's a list of the foods i can get in townsville though and i hope that you all can help me pick the best one for him than ill stick with that one for good.
Iams
Eukanuba
Royal canin
canidae
hills science diet
Earthborn Holistic
Eagle Pack Holistic
purina pro plan
Biotic Plus
advance
vets all natural
nutro natural choice
Thanks so much!
p.s anyone ever been into one of those puppy cafe's? there is one here in townsville and ive been meaning to go and check it out

Re: New food?
someone posted last week aout going into a puppy cafe over there and it looked great . I can't personally comment on your food list there as I feed a UK Pet Shop Branded Food Wainwrights as do lots o others in the UK and you won't get that in Oz so not a lot of help
Check out the list of recommended foods here and see which ones are on there as a start for you

Out of your choice Moo has been on Royal Canin & she is currently on Hills JD diet, can't really help much more than that Xx

Re: New food?
I recommend Advance, especially the dermocare once they're old enough. I don't know if we've got a puppy cafe here, I'll have to look in to it! We go to the dog park a fair bit though and there's coffee shops within walking distance, so if it's colder than usual everyone seems to be huddling around with paper/eco cups.

Hi Mary, I would go with either the holistic ones or advance, also ive heard the pet cafes are excellent, very friendly and some have are really good at accommodating your pet, definitely give them a go
