Re: Hay fever
Thanks Hayley I feel for your son suffering for that long, it is damned annoying. I have heard if you take a teaspoon of local honey a day it helps, have to get some me thinks.

Re: Hay fever
I do suffer and have suffered bad since I was 5 yrs old and I'm now 36
I have tried everything from honey to tablets nasal sprays etc the only thing I found that worked really well was a steroid injection but you can no longer get it . So I take tablets avoid long grass and cut grass, have to stay inside when pollen count is high, wear glasses and use a hay band which goes on your elbo and uses pressure points (works quite well)
For anyone who suffers from hay fever I feel for you and for those who say its only hay fever I hope they never feel the itchy eyes, tongue, throat, constant blocked/ runny nose, sneezing, tiredness (from tablets) etc..
