On hold!!!!

Just spent a total of 45 minutes on hold. 15 to car insurance for renewal and 30 to O2 for upgrade. What a waste of life that I will never get back!!!  

You have far more patience than me, as for o2 don't go there

I would have put the phone down by now!

Wouldn't be as bad if the music was half decent!

I hate having to ring places, just the endless options get me mad!!

And the endless options always ends you up in the wrong place....then you get transferred....to the wrong place AGAIN. very infuriating!

if you dont like doing all the option carryon just keep pressing 0 and 9time out of 10 you get to speak to someone within 30 seconds   

Ohh I used to do that trick, until some places now say 'sorry that command is unrecognized....goodbye' then I feel like screaming!

  u know what, I eventually got through to O2, but because I had just paid bill, they said they couldn't access my details and would ring me back today. Still haven't heard anything!!!!!! But, it's Friday and the weathers great so O2 can go ....
