Green mucus
Since this morning Jess has green mucus from both eyes. The eyes are normal not red and yesterday was very windy ... is this something should I be worried about?

Personally jess I would take her to the vet to get it checked out , never be too careful with the eyes

Re: Green mucus
Tilly got snotty eyes in the early days a couple of times and I got some eye ointment from the vet for it , cleared up in no time

Re: Green mucus
It sounds like it could be conjunctivitis (inflammation of the conjunctiva - eye lining and inside of eyelid), in which case a trip to the vets will help. Some people will advise you to treat the dog at home if it's conjunctivitis, but I'd recommend a vet, as he or she would be able to determine the exact cause of the conjunctivitis. It can be caused by something as simple as allergies, bacteria or foreign objects, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
