I'm the worlds proudest furmum
I really am!
There is the annual summer festival at the farm/park at the end of our street, which easily gets 5000 people walking round over the day. Thankfully the rain has held off so we went down with the boys.
Anyhoo i had hold of Chance like normal (with him muzzled) as it's a massive chance to socialise him. Had the usual people grab their children out of the way, but he walked round without pulling, nice and calm, not reacting to any of the people or sounds (it is very loud!) had a number of people and store holders come over and ask questions, and why is he muzzled and can they fuss the boys.
Saw ALOT of dogs and Chance only reacted to the smallest one, a little pug which kept growling in his face, but this was just a little grumble, after a strong leave it wasn't bothered.
Although i tend to try and keep an eye in every direction due to kids sneaking up, i did miss a group of people who came over and started fussing the boys, we did have a chat and they were a group for people with downs syndrome, so we got the boys to sit calmly and let them fuss them without reacting, which went brilliantly and is great practice for harvey who i'm hoping to have assessed as a PAT dog in a couple of years.
So we sat and had a burger and watched the entertainment, meet up with our neighbour who had a stall, had a natter, harvey snogged a few people and we came home.
Now have 2 very tired very happy boys snoring away waiting for their tea

Aww bless! Sounds like they had a very adventurous day! Good to hear that they were nice and calm and let everyone make a fuss of them both! They are such angels when they are sleeping, until they wake up haha.
