Playtime!! craziness

OMG Diesel just had a major burnout and tried to include Leroy in it but he just couldn't keep up! Darting about the house taking a total zoomie and Leroy barking at her as if to say "what you doin ya crazy b****"  Followed by sum wrestling, Diesel shoving Leroy clean of the couch a good few times, Diesel skidding down the laminate hall and bouncing off the wall then darting back at Leroy, tackling him to the ground then bolt away down the hall again, into the wall, back down, tackle, back down the hall, smack, back up, tackle, bolt...

Absolute madness! a few times i was scared for my safety!!  and my couch is probably scratched to hell but they were just having too much fun to stop them!

Times like this make me glad i got Leroy for her to play with!

If only I had a camera to tape it!

They are so funny when they do that!! We are convinced Rolo is getting chased by a gremlin! He pauses looking around as if something is after him then its off he goes again!! Furniture is rarely kept nice... it's an assault course for a staffy on a mischief mission

i love it when they play together like that, except when your just having a drink and out of the corner of your eye you see two mid air dogs heading towards you no time to react and your coverd in an ice cold drink....and yes that happend about half hour ago... lil sods

Yeh janey i'd rather it was outside too but got no garden, an they don't overly play like when theyr off lead up the fields...only if Diesel has somethin Leroy will chase her, but they seem to keep the craziness for indoors!

So that's the correct term for this, "Zoomies". Bacon is good for a few of these in the yard every week. Literally my favorite thing he does. It drives the neighbors' dog crazy as they want to join in on the Zoomie fun!

It must be hilarious when you have two and one is watching the other like Leroy watching Diesel! Awesome.

Kuchar is having zoomies as we speak. He's been starved all day ( no treats or stuffed Kongs - nothing) as he has had "the trots" which made him redecorate the living room carpet and the utility room floor overnight), three long walks including playing with his friends and scaring a house-breaker down the road, and at 11pm gets the zoomies!

Stop Press - he's lying on his back on the floor - panting slightly but quiet - ssshhhh.
