Plus I don't think it counts as an attack when it's a traffic warden. Otherwise I would be wanted by the police for chasing all traffic wardens within a 50 mile raidis with a baseball bat

I can only think that it's a X breed. The media have a lot to answer for with their slap dash way of reporting things. I mean, how many times have you seen the headlines "Man attacked by Staffordshire Bull Terrier" only to find out later that not only was it a cross breed, but it didn't have any staff in it at all.
