Re: How to use Diatomaceous Earth
It's a natural dewormer, deflea-er etc and I know you can administer orally as well as sprinkle on bedding etc. It looks a bit like fine flour.

Re: How to use Diatomaceous Earth
I was just reading about using this for fleas and ticks - the article was talking about putting it on bedding and using as a coat rub but didn't go into huge detail.
It sounds great but can't say I have much of an idea how to use it sorry

Hee hee thanks Kell. I've bought a tub of the stuff today, but just want to know how to give it to them with their food appropriately

Re: How to use Diatomaceous Earth
I use it
I've never had to deflea them but do it outside as it's messy and don't let them breathe it in ( same goes for you) and rub it through their coats
To worm them to begin with it's recommended to give them a heaping teaspoon once a day for 2 weeks or there abouts
Then you give it as often as you like I do 2 times a week, but you can do everyday twice a month etc just put it over their food
