Chewed her kong

I'm soooo annoyed. Bought Louby a kong wobbler, a good £15 ish, and she has managed to chew a hole in the top of it!!! Thought they were indestructible?? It was a red one, but still....

Indestructable isn't quite as good as it sounds when it comes to the bully breeds!

We usually only allow supervised playing with Dempsey, so that when it looks like he might break the toy, we can take it away from him.

Sounds about right! An ambull that I used to work with chewed an extra large black kong in half in about 10 seconds! They aren't so indestructible with the bully breeds..

As i have said in another post, she is on her own all day, so the Kong was perfect for her to play with while we were out, we would put her food in and chopped up apple, she loved it.
She has a stag bar which is always out, and she has boomer ball too, but there is no way im leaving that out for her while we are not in, she would end up through the wall into next door!!
Looks like i will have to try the black one - she is costing us a fortune, good job we love her.

Oops. I have noticed Lola carrying hers either by the top or where the treat hole is. Nothing is safe!!

Yeah the wobbler is a supervised toy in our house, Ledger isnt really interested in the other kongs in general unless they have food in but I think he sees the wobbler as a chewing challenge

The red one might have been too small for her I think they grade the size of the dog with the colour, Molly has a red and a black one, and she has done ok with both.. I'd go with the black one bigger for her to get her mouth around it.
