Crying Poor Bruno

Post by Guest Wed May 29 2013, 23:07

The little staff, Bruno, was rescued from a rabbit hutch where his previous owner couldnt be bothered with him. Ive met Bruno and his new owner and they seemed really canny, the dogs got on well and ran riot, but then today he was saying how annoyed he was with the 'mutt' and how IT's destroying the house and all the furniture and that he cba with IT anymore. He was peeved that Bruno had just gone for a walk and then went home only to pee in the house. Poor dog doesnt get walked enough, and when he does its only around the block. Bruno's still a pup, about 8 months if i remember rightly.

I want to take Bruno of his hands, I feel like knocking on the door and just asking him. I dont doubt that he would just give him me to be honest.

It will be a disaster...its his first ever dog as well so he's no idea really what he's doing. I saw him walking Bruno in his slippers once :/ I want to see them before i leave in two weeks. Ill feel so guilty if I sit back and do nothing.

I cant go knock on the door though, that would just be weird. Id rather see him out and ask him how hes getting on, and if he says the same kinda thing ill offer to take him off his hands. We've been discussing getting another anyway so we would be fully prepared if needs be.

Crying Re: Poor Bruno

Post by Guest Wed Jun 05 2013, 18:28

To cut a long story short:

Earlier yesterday I came across a staff x, gorgeous dog, lovely temperment, the woman couldnt handle it whislt she was trying to talk on the phone and keep and eye on her young child all at the same time. We appraoched her, and she told us her husband breeds pitbulls in Italy blahblahblah.

So I bumped into Bruno and his moron owner this morning as they took a couple minute walk around the block angry And he tells me that Bruno has calmed down now and that woman ^^^^ has asked him to breed their dogs stomp I made it clear to the guy i think hes really daft for not getting Bruno 'done' yet and how irrisponsible it would be in regards to money considering he asked a neighbour for money the other day claiming he had no dog food (wouldnt accept the offered food so got money instead) and went out on the lash the same night! So the likelyhood is, Bruno will be a daddy one day. For someone in his situation, breeding is quick money. I cant belive i thought this guy was decent what an absolute &%!4£2(^£"! Ahhh im so angry!

He was sat outside his flat yesterday with music blasting with Bruno on his lead in the sun, it was scorching and he had no water or shade. He wears a collar made up of 3 chains, its looks pathetic, he's trying to make him look nasty. He wouldnt even let Shéara socialise with him properly this morning, kept him on a short leash and kept pulling him back when Shéara went to play. Looks like Bruno's in for a crappy future, and theres not much I can do unless I offer a stupid amount of money as thats all he's interested in.

Rant over.

That's terrible. Worst part is always feeling helpless, don't know what to suggest other than I hope the breeding thing fizzs out and he loses interest so you can get him

And as for approaching him then go knock on his door and tell him how you feel , how you can see he is struggling and maybe a little out of his depth and how you would love to take him off his hands. Push the have to be really experienced with dogs before you take on a stafford angle. Got nothing to lose and everything to gain , give him your number and the next time he wants some beer money..................................

I do have the dog in my heart, so does the oh, and the dogs get on so well. I just feel its so wrong just to go and knock on his door. Ahhh i dont know what to do at wits end

Bearing in mind, were moving away in ten days, so its not ideal what so ever, but on the other hand i know i need to do something. My fellow dog walkers know him a bit more so ill ask them tomorrow what they think as well, at least if i go without him i know they will keep an eye on whats going on.
