Norton anti virus

Hi, not sure if this was the place to put this but Norton blocked me from your site just now saying there was 4 spam viruses on here....I came anyway as I've never had any trouble but wondered if you needed to know?

We've been looking at this in the background with Steve and can assure everyone that our site is 100% safe, put it this way I'm using my work pc and would never do it if I had doubts as it could be a sackable offence , but my company have some of the best internet security ever invented and no issues at all

Yeah, I wondered if the beginning of the address "lohyfuvuzan" meant it was somewhere else. Glad it's not a problem for you

I totally trust you and don't need to check. As I said, I ignored the warning from Norton and came anyway as I'd had no problems since joining in November. I only mentioned it in case it was something you needed to check out. Glad it's ok, it's a lovely forum to come to.

Getting warnings as well, very annoying as I have to keep removing warning everytime I change page. I'm only using norton as it came free with tablet. Time to get rid I think.

I learned a long time ago Norton is Bullsh** > I love my AVG

I agree with you on AVG. Everytime I back space im getting thrown out of the site! Glade its not just me.

I had Norton when I first got the internet. It blocked just about everything going & it got ridiculous!

At work we have AVG but at home I have ESET. Haven't had a problem with either of them.

Mcafee is good too though lots of people seem to complain it slows pc's down . My work lappy which I am posting on now has Mcafee but our IT boffins can streamline it to do what they want it to do , I just click on all the boxes or maximum protection

Couple years ago i got a virus with norton and was advised by repairer to use AVG free as it was much better. Not had any problems since. Great site, nice to know we are safe on here.
