So i went to get food today and there was no salmon left, so i got chicken. The lady said it won't make any difference to her its just a flavour, but i wondered your thoughts?

You mean in terms of switching over? When we switched Loki from turkey and rice to duck and rice, we did it gradually, so can't say. I'd imagine you're still meant to do it gradually though because the ingredients are different.

you use wainwrights Hayley ?? I asked the same question and got the same answer , we have switched flavours several times and never had any problems Big Grin As it was put to me it is just the flavouring so the dogs get the variety and one of the good points about the product. I have to say I took their word for it and didn't check the ingredients myself
I use the XXXX + rice flavours , so if I was swapping between that and XXXX + potatoe then I would check

But having said that I never wait for the food to run out and restock when I have 1/4 bag left

I'm in the process of changing my dogs from Davies ranger to Autarky, Autarky do a chicken & a salmon & I also wondered if it was just the taste & hoped you could just change without having to do it gradually ?

Rupert will eat anything edible. My sister's dog is the exact opposite and very unpredictable. It probably depends on the dog.

I'm sure variety is good for any dog, though.

I've changed flavours before straight away and there was no bother. I do it often tbh because Logan gets sick of food after a while.
