He actually did really well with the hat. He didn't want it on initially but I lured him in with a treat and he stuck his head right through! Left it on until it was time to leave too!

Quick question: Do you have to take any precautions with regard to the sun with Taco being white ? The reason I ask is, we intend moving to Spain in a couple of years time when we both retire fully and as you can see Bacchus has a lot of white.
Anyone else have any thoughts on this ?

Mostly just ensure that there's always a large shady spot in the yard for him, sunscreen from the pet store if we're going to be outside somewhere and we'll keep him inside during the hottest summer hours. I've got a (mostly) white English Pointer as well and that's what we do for him. His fur is rather blanket-esque though. Our other staffy Sophie gets the same treatment because I project my ginger kid issues on to her.
