more blood tests :(

uric acid is a little bit higher the normal but not enough for my aching bones

they did a aching bone test which is height then normal, 500 is bad 100 is normal my was 350 but they dont know why

i have only just started going back on my bike, they thought it could of been having a virus but i be fine i haven't had a cold this year

so in 3 week time i have to another blood test look like i may not be able to give blood next month

Oh dear well they cant be too worried about it as they would have you back soon as. Hope ya feel better soon and something is sorted. I ache all over but mines just old age!

they will sort it, maybe its a vitamin D deficiency do you know if they tested for that?

Hope they can get to the bottom of it Steve, I'm sure if it was anything serious the test would have picked it up straight a way, still a concern though not knowing what it is.

That's a shame, my blood tests always come back normal, it gets annoying when they can't pinpoint it. Hope they can give you an answer soon

i forgot to tell my doctor when i went to the dentist he ask me if i had a virus becasue my gems didn't look right..


can you have a virus without you knowing?

There are such things as 'silent viruses'. They can be present in your body for a long time without showing obvious symptoms. They should show up in blood tests though.

Shame that you might not be able to give blood next month. You've given loads before though, so try not to feel bad. >< Not your fault!

Doctors are aware of viruses that don't show many symptoms, so it should be okay.
