Friday...

...or as I like to call it; ginday. I plan on celebrating this weekend with a few because it's my last weekend with my house"mate"

Happy days I'm also going to see Iron Man 3 today. Then off to Pets At Home to buy Loki's food and maybe another present or two...or six we'll see. Then hoping to spend my weekend evening chatting with you wonderful people if you're all around

I don't have anything else to spend my money on except food, so he gets the majority of it, to be honest

The sun is shining here and I've already had a great day. There was an accident on the motorway so I took all the back country roads to work. With the sun beaming down and the radio on it was bliss

Gonna leave work early today (for a change...) then get a good walk before getting stuck into a big bottle of gin out in the sun.

Oh, to join in your alcohol-related conversations for once, I tasted rum last night, I actually liked it. So there you go, only alcoholic drink I like

Tara, drink Rum with Orange Fanta (do you have Fanta over there?).

It is extraordinary. But rum is very good at making even the nicest person VERY bad!

Ahh, spiced rum is all my OH will drink I don't mind it with lots of ice, but I do like the fanta idea. I like the bacardi light rum too.

Indeed

They say Gin is one of the highest for being a depressant but I have always found the complete opposite tbh.

All alcohol is a depressant, but it depends on the mood you are in before you start.

With good music on and the heat on full it's hard to be unhappy IMO.

I agree with this! I end up like a lobster from the sun

Strangely, I actually don't burn and just go tan. Which isn't typical for people over here.

It's great. I could sit in the sun every minute of the day quite happily

I always look like a lobster the heat just makes it worse. Plus I just get lazy and lie in bed all day
