Quick question?
Just curious really, Otis is going through a leggy stage at the moment and one of his ears have dropped but I think this might be to do with his chewing a lot lately (correct me if I am wrong). What I want to know is that Otis' stance is quite small at the moment, will his stance broaden as he gets older, he is just 7 months. Not too worried just wanted to ask.

Re: Quick question?
His general frame and height will develop over the first 2 years approx, then he will fully fill out into his frame.
At 7 months he still has a lot of body changes to grow through, don't worry

Re: Quick question?
Looking forward to seeing how he grows up, not wishing his time away obviously, but it will be nice to see how he changes. Hehe I think I have seen a thread before that mentioned that they can look quite out of proportion for a time till everything levels out bless them

Re: Quick question?
Definitely, they tend to stay leggy and just grow in height for a good year and over

Re: Quick question?
I was pretty ignorant - at around 12 months I was convinced Roxy wouldn't change any more, despite what everyone said. She's 15 months now and has suddenly filled out quiet a bit

When I look back at old pics of Logan he is exactly the same, slim and leggy with big goofy paws. He is 16 months now and is very filled out already. Still think he has a bit to go because he still looks very puppy like sometimes.

Re: Quick question?
As Baccus's breeder told me " he'll go through a stage where he looks like he's been beaten with the ugly stick ". But she was wong, Bacchus has ALWAYS been soooo handsome.

Re: Quick question?
Yeah Saffy has only just started to fill out a little, we have always called her a little kangaroo!
The way I look at it, is they need long legs in order to do all that jumping about they do everyday
