Boy or girl ?

I want to get another dog sometime, not quite yet.
I have a beautiful 2yr old girl at the moment and when the time is right....I want another staffy. They need good homes, so many in rescues
What would you all advise to get? Another girl or a boy? I don't want a puppy.

Welcome back, glad you found us again!
If I were you I'd get a boy. Two bitch.es can sometimes be a problem. I'm sure that any rescue kennel would gladly let you introduce the two gradually, whichever sex you get.

I know there are many who cope really well with 2 of the same sex, but I've also heard of some horror stories!

P.S. So anyone have any thoughts on the age I should get? Doesn't matter much? Would make a difference?
