Very interesting read that, education is certainly the key factor to a subject which appears to be quite low on the list of priorities at the moment.

Great article, thanks for posting. The part about him talking about all the dogs' different personalities in the kennels was sad though to think about what they all go through . Still, he makes a lot of great points.
