Plans scuppered for the love of the dogs

Supposed to be going to a wedding do tonight with the OH for a good workmate and a family friend moving in for the night to look after the kids.

Just found out this morning she's been let down with her own arrangements (her dogs and the boys going to their Dad for the evening) and she was going to leave her dogs on their own for the night (something they do from time to time due to work etc) anyway on principle I've refused to let her do this so looks like I'm at the wedding do tonight on my own with just my beer for company among the lads and their partners , so Dave bored with a bar could be like an unexploded bomb > > >

So anyone thinking about getting a dog and reading this just remember the sacrifices you are making sometimes
