Final basic obedience training class
We've just had our final class of basic obedience so thought I'd post an update! Daisy has learned everything that we've been shown......
sit (although she was pretty good at that before)
down
stay in a sit or a down (I can leave the room and come back to her now! She is just waiting looking very confused!!
wait
leave (I can put treats down in front of her and she waits until I let her eat it and we even did it with her tennis ball the other day which I never thought would be possible!!)
heel (still need a lot of practice to prolong the amount of time she will do this for before getting distracted though)
and recall (still not great but improving! I have the training line now which is very good)
Around the house she does everything really well so it's just a case of lots of practicing in different surroundings.
All in all I'm really pleased with how well she has picked everything up, the course was well worth doing. We are going to enroll in the outdoor obedience next Love it and Daisy seems to enjoy it more now too
Here's a pic of her 'leaving' the tennis ball just to prove it!! Can you tell I'm very proud!

Looks like Daisy is coming along in leaps and bounds, you have every right to be very proud of her, well done. Goes to show if you persevere with the training and remain patient you do get the results.
