Scabs on legs?
Excuse the grubby fingers, not long in from a busy day.
Is this anything to be worried about? Only noticed it the last few days. I can't think of anywhere she would have scraped them, and she doesn't chew or bother with them. Just hoping its not some skin complaint

No, it doesn't seem fresh ad I know she gets the odd scrape from running thru bushes and undergrowth, it just seems in an odd position for that

Re: Scabs on legs?
Maybe stick some savalon on it might help it to heal, looks dry to me, I get scabs on my knuckles (sounds gross but its not that bad) and its just because my skin is dry, E45 cream works a treat too Xx

Agree with Janey here, better to put something on it that will moisturise rather than dry it out as Sudocreme may, so yes go with the E45 cream.

Re: Scabs on legs?
What they said. It could be any number of things, with the most common being allergies. If it doesn't start to improve within three/four days, you might consider talking to a vet.

I've this exact problem only the scabs are a little lower down ive 2 bulls and both have this, one quite worse than this truthfully, planning a trip to the vet soon. In the meantime any advice on cleaning the cut or creams i should try? (e45? on a dog? )
