Petition to give tougher sentences for animal cruelty.

Hi everyone, I am posting here the address for an e petition to give tougher sentences for animal cruelty. You do have to be a British Citizen or resident in UK to sign it. (which is a shame). We are all aware of the terrible things that humans do to animals and the ridiculous sentences they get.
