Moo went through a stage of licking her inside front leg so it was sore.

I just used sudacrem and a 'leave it' command when I caught her. She grew out of it Xx

Tilly did the same, we thought it may be her teeth, the vet thought it might be the grit. Either way she prescribed done anti- fungal cream and within 72 hours she'd stopped licking :-)

As Janey said Sudocream and a leave it command.. Also after being outside wash her paws in a little warm water and dry well.. Sometimes it is caused by grass seeds etc.. Smile

You could also try distracting her with a favourite toy so that it doesn't become a compulsive thing.

Logan did this a lot at one stage, the vet said it was to do with yeast build up on his skin. He had 7 days of simple medicine and it cleared up. The forum has also taught me that a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar per meal in his meal lowers the amount of natural yeast.

He barely ever does it at all now Smile
