Sulking
Now I have read about plenty of staff's that sulk and wondered to myself "do they really do that"....OMG...yes they flaming do..Caley is like a sulking teenager, she is now nearly 11 months old and was never this bad. Since Christmas and only from Monday to Friday she sits and looks sorry for herself when we leave for work/college - she is left at most 4 hours a day two days a week and maybe 2/3 hours on other days. Come Friday evening it is like she knows we are there for the weekend and is all bouncing around happy and her normal self, then Monday morning comes round and she just sits there making me feel really really bad, she picks at her breakfast, but surprisingly will eat it if we are not looking lol.
She even curls up away from us and waits for us to go to her for a cuddle, she has me wrapped around her little finger. Friday, Saturday and Sunday she is back to cuddling with us. I don't know whether to laugh or cry, she knows how to make you feel awful.

Re: Sulking
they do tend to show displeasure. Does she have a crate/cage she can go into you could try that and cover it with a quilt sheet etc it makes them feel more secure

Re: Sulking
Yes she has her own crate, my dressing gown she STOLE from me and put in her crate ha ha and duvet over the top. She always goes in there and sulks as well. I try and tell her we have to work to keep her supplied with the luxury lifestyle she is used to but it doesn't work. It just those damn eyes get me everytime, she is worse than the kids I swear.

Re: Sulking
lol, i have experienced the sulk first hand at 14 weeks. she got into a persistant barking spell with my wife and i had to raise my voice. she went to her bed and put her chin on her paws and huffed and puffed at me with these eyes lol.
