Thanks everyone , Lizdrum its a Danish Design 2 in 1 coat , I think I got them from Petsupermarket in the end but just do a search as there are loads out there. The fleece lining comes out for the warmer days and they have a real big chest so great for staffs there's a few members have them , and elastic to go round the back legs

Forgot to mention but as a lady I bet you are more practical . Tilly measured at just over 16" and the instruction said if they were in between go for the smaller one but when I got it it was too snug for her ( got it direct from Amazon ) so I sent it back and ordered 2 x 18" for them both , Tommy is nearly out of his now but as they were both same size then it's a spare for Tilly

Tommy coat is very similar to the Muddy Paws Extra Warmth one that Rocky has. It also has the elastic that goes around their legs to keep it in place, a good coat and not too badly priced:
