Not sure if youve seen it yet but there is a vid going viral called "are we realy human"
I havent posted a link here as it may upset some people especially the human aspect of it.
But in summery one dog gets hit by a car on a busy road and another dog sees it, goes into the busy 3 laned road and drags it to saftey. By contrast the second part is humans ignoring a 2 year old who had just been run over and later died.
On the one hand the dog (who survived) being saved by another dog was heartening and on the other the human bit was sickening. if anyone ever questions why i have dogs again im going to make them watch the vid. If you want to see the vid you can search are

The dog one - horrible to see as dog lovers - quite amazing that another dog would drag the injured dog to (comparative) safety.

The human one - words fail me. I wonder if the passers-by would have tried to help if the stricken baby had been a boy instead of a worthless girl? This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING - how heartless can one nation get? I won't try to guess the nationality of the people who tried to save this baby, but I don't think they were indigineous.

Oh I remember the one of the little girl in china my youngest was her age when it happened and I actually had nightmares after watching it. I heard that apparently there is a stupid law in china where if you go to someone's aid and they die you can be charged which was why no one touched her

I HATE HUMANS they are disgusting. That is so sad

Oh it hits home particularly when you have a child of the same age - I understand absolutely.

That law in China you mention - is that for real? If it is, what a short-sighted law, to put it mildly. Try to help someone and you'll be charged? God help the human race. AAAARRRRGGGGHHH

I am not sure if it is but it was what was being bounced around at the time. I found it horribly disturbing that is could be the reason behind it. I just kept thinking if someone got to her the first time she was hit she could have survived

I knew there was some "reason" noone went to her aid. But i couldn't remember it.

I have seen the video with the dog saving the other and could hardly believe what I was watching, have not seen the video of the child in the road. Sounds very distressing though. Some countries have very strange laws by the sound of it, whatever happened to human compassion.

Don't think I could watch it

Not only do people just walk past and leave her in the road but a couple run over her in their vehicles
The first person who run her over stopped then thought feck it and drove off resulting in them driving over her again with the back wheels
I just hope that poor little girl didn't have to suffer. The people round her should hang their heads in shame, disgusting
