Is the Gower a good place to go for dog friendly holidays?

Yes Lynda it does seem very dog friendly, we had a great two bedroom cottage with the beach only 10 minutes walk and the pub only 5 minutes walk away BONUS!!!

Yes you really must Kathy .. its stunning .. this is my fave part .. "three cliffs bay" ... this was the veiw every morning from our touring caravan

Yes Andy you are right it is stunning, though I dont know many parts we may have walked by there as there were a couple of touring sites. We stayed in a village called LLanmadoc. Wherever we walked was stunning and in November we had the beach to ourselves. Defo book to go next year. The cottage we had was called "Middle Cottage"
