What size Kong is best for Staffies?

We use the extra large black one and it's lasted so far. We got it when she was a pupand the larger size also means you can stuff it with more treats to keep them occupied

Any of the big sizes would be perfectly ok. I got mine a size large, even though he's a big boy. He tends to prefer smaller toys. Plus I thought Logan would be able to get his teeth round the XL/XXL a lot easier and would tear it to bits.

Because you boy is still a baby don't go too big or he won't be able to get much use out of it. I bought Logan the puppy Kong, the wee blue one, when he was about 8 weeks. It did him up until he was about 6-7 months then it was tore to shreds!

Good idea to get both kongs. He can still play with the bigger black kong but it will be too much for him to carry whereas the smaller one is ideal for him to run about with while he is little Big Grin

The red adult kongs in a small size are tougher than the pink and blue puppy kongs.

I have 2 of these for Densil - he loves them and hasn't managed to destroy them either. Very often have one in the freezer - mashed banana and yogurt. Come in very handy if you need to distract him when you have visitors - like the meter reader, lol.

I got Blue the biggest red one (One down from the black kong) He has had it for 2 years nearly now. Allot of teeth marks but still in good shape. Anything that lasts Blue more than 1 month should have the indestructible tag on it Laughing
