Don't suppose you know anything about water dripping through the ceiling? Its my new problem tonight! Been advised to take the bulb out which I have done, as its mainly coming from there.
last year I went through identity fraud, this year my dog and then the flat has fallen apart.
Big hole, curl up & forget!

On no!!!!!
If I was you, tomorrow I would go the tip and pick up a broken 50" TV then stick it under the leak and tell them they owe you a new TV. In fact pick a broken sky box up and all while your at it. Treat yourself Janey, it is xmas after all ><

But on a serious note don't try using the light until it is 100% dried out. What has the clever neighbour managed to do to give you the leak?

Oh flipping heck Janey, it's just one damn thing after another isn't it.
I'm glad you didn't get a belt when you removed the bulb from the dripping socket.
Your landlord is the next call I feel - Good Luck!

C,mon Janey you know better than that! Bad things happen to good people.
Your landlord needs to sort out your leak and your TV connection problems - get him onto it TOMORROW! Be TOUGH! I know you can do it!
Atta gal !
