Ezydog customer service

I had to send Lilys pink camo collar back to Ezydog as the clasp had a bit broken off, I've never had any bother with their stuff. However they found 7 toothmarks on the underside of the fastener, I hadn't noticed or I wouldn't have sent it in . Anyway as I'm a good customer I can have 50% off anything on the website until end of January! Well pleased

Yeah I would have said if they were bad too. If you get good service you should always say cos sometimes you only hear the bad side of things. Think I might get the girls the khaki camo collars for a change
