Great Customer Service

We recently bought a safety travel harness from Amazon made by a company called Bergen. This particular harness was recommended by someone here as it’s been tested as safe in a vehicle RTA.

The straps were too long so as advised by the instructions we cut them and tried to seal the webbing up. Fiver being the big galoot he is bounding through the long grass and hedgerows behind our house soon found a way to make the strap fray until it was just a big ball of thread hanging off his back. At thirty quid plus the4se things are not cheap so I contacted Bergen to see if they could sell me a replacement strap to replace the knackered one.

Well not only were they very helpful they actually sent me a completely new harness with seat belt tether free of charge. In this day and age it’s nice to know that a company values customer service. Have to say I’m really impressed with them well done Bergen

It does make a change to hear of good quality customer care these days. It's something that is overlooked all too often, well done to Bergen for remembering customer care.

Off the back of your post, I am going to order one of their harnesses off Amazon if I can find it.
