FINALLY had something go right

I have been trying to get Disability Support Pension since April/May 2010 but had been denied 4 times first saying i didn't have the 20 points i needed them wehn i got the points they still thought i could work or train 15-22 hours a week, then on Thurs i got a letter from Centrelink saying my hours have been changed to less than 15 per week so i was hoping it would be good news as my lawyer told me to re-apply in case it was turned down AGAIN then yesterday i got a call from my lawyer saying that Centrelink have conceded defeat and didn't want to go to court so i was getting the DSP. It took bloody long enough and they have to backdate the payment to when i first rang them to get the forms for the initial claim so i will be getting the difference between the 2 payments($469.50 for newstart-$700 for DSP)from 10th May 2010. It's about time something went right for me.
