from 2008 (age 7) ..this is a bit of an action shot here! the moment they jump up with their (muddy!) paws on to your legs!!! ..he isnt quite as crazy now at age 11 unless I wind him up...

..i got a slow connection but

i'm gonna steadily upload ALL of my pics of Max because its a great idea as I could lose them if my laptop goes...........

..here is a pic from 2009 (age 8 yrs) which shows his size from the front,
hes not a huge Staff compared to others..
I always kept him trim and he is very very fit and never ever looked fat because of his diet and exercise...
bcos he is 11-12 yrs old now..
its only this year we have cut down the length of walks otherwise his muscles wont recover or he will get injuries, giving him aches and pain I guess..
a true athlete!

..bere with me though.. i'm not the perfect net user.. not the perfect photographer.. dislike technology unless its plain! erm, I will be back here to post more in either a few minutes.. hours.. days..weeks..months..

I like the forum (love the idea! for great advice) and i need to ask some advice there..

He is 11 years old though.. it makes me sad to think that he might not be round for much longer.. there isnt much sign of his age but its a fact they dont live forever.. I got loads of great pics.. more coming!

Great pics i was talking to someone today and their Staffy lived till it was 17 , you have kept him fit so should have a good few years left yet

...taken in 2010 during that great winter we had! ..during the worst of that winter we had thick snow, the lad ran outside and ploughed away at like 3 feet of snow making a nice path round my garden!! but he came back soon as he was done, and here is a pic showing that he feels the cold for sure!!

..and here is one of him less than one year old as a puppy.. what more can I say ??!

*I don't (unfortunately) have anything else of him as a puppy.. because this was one I had uploaded years ago before I lost ( !!!!!) the laptop I had with all his puppy pix...... seriously wish I had bought a external drive when I had that laptop..!

I love this pic, I wouldn't mind betting that max and I are very alike, I bet we both just crash out and snore away like we own the place,maybe botty burp a little while we power nap,and we are both going old and grey gracefully and looking more handsome everyday. i guy at my works staff is 15 and he said he's still as mad as ever! sleeps a little bit more but still goes mental when he needs to
