Rolling on the floor/growling
On a daily basis, normally in the evenings after his last walk, Zeus will roll around the floor, mainly on his back for 10 minutes or so ,tossing and turning, growling and sometimes barking. Then all of a sudden, he'll be fine and most likely fall asleep. Is this normal?

Bacchus takes a maddie most evenings after his walk. Usually involves racing round and crashing into things. Normally lasts about a couple of minutes but seems forever. We either just leave him to it or give him his old slipper to kill.

Re: Rolling on the floor/growling
Lol, all staffys have their quirky Behaviour.
Harley usually chases his tail in his kennel after walks. It's the funniest site watching the kennel spin around, all whilst hearing him barking and growling..... at his tail. Lol.
Another one is after mowing the lawn, he seems to go into a manic mode. He runs around the yard a million miles an hour and rolls around on the newly mowed lawn. Classic Behaviour.

Tali has a 'funny-five-minutes' about 3 times a day, she lovely rolling on her back and twisting her hips from side to side. She also usually has to hold something in her mouth whilst doing it, usually a sofa throw or cushion (and usually gets told off for it!)

Dex has the same mad time after most walks, it's funny to see! He also loves to roll on the carpet in my daughters room, and will if he can roll around like a loon growling happily, then quickly bolt onto her bed and grab one of her cuddly toys to try and roll around with at the same time

Re: Rolling on the floor/growling
Loki does that now and again, but my old dog did it all the time, mostly when he was in a playful mood
