Lots of noisy horrid fireworks tonight as its Diwali, it's louder than it was over bonfire night for definite. Managed to get the walk in before they really started, but a fair few were cracking away as we approached home and Dex was trying so hard to stay calm you could really see the effort involved (took me just as much effort not to somehow find the fireworks owners and shove the offensive items somewhere too) we got home and the youngest was going to bed, Dex usually follows me or oh back down once bedtime is done but he will not leave from outside Keatons room, and I just know he wants to make sure Keats isn't afraid of the noise. He's still up there, braving the noise alone to keep watch on my baby. I am going to sit next to him I think on the landing until he feels he's done his duty.
