Re: Cranie sacal therapy
its a bit of physio a bit of acupuncture and a bit of brain power, on Thursday i had to imagine i was 1" tall and walk inside my leg to tell my calf muscle to be red, soft and long as my brain now thinks my stiff, painful leg is normal after 3 months, so my brain needs telling what is really normal so my little 1" fella has to tell it
no jokes about a 1" little fella
combined with everything else she does it does seem to be easing the stiffness, I'm also walking round with acupuncture pads on little plasters with ball bearings attached on my pressure points
all quite bizarre

Re: Cranie sacal therapy
I'm a great believer in things like pressure point treatments & accupuncture (is that spelt right?), and although it might sound strange, it often works!
