Bald spots
Hi all,
Molly is in her first season, as many of you know as I've been typing away on here!
Thing is she has developed a couple of bald spots in her fur one on the side of her mouth and the other is slightly below where the collar sits. There doesnt seem to be any obvious cause, no scabs etc
Does anyone have any ideas? Is it off to the vets to part with a few more pennys?!
Thank you one and all

Re: Bald spots
Is she a puller? The collar can rub away the fur. Could also be because of stress with the first season

Re: Bald spots
Its just below where the collar is so no risk of it being from that.
I thought it could be something to do with her season but in all honesty I haven't a clue and don't want to leave it if its something sinister...

Re: Bald spots
I doubt that it's anything sinister. Personally I'd leave it till her season's over & then see if it improves.
Obviously if it gets worse then it'll be a trip to the vets, but otherwise I'd wait & see.

Re: Bald spots
Will do. Thank you for the speedy responses Hate it when theres anything unusual!
We have found an area where there are very few other dogs and have been able to let Moll off to have a run without the worry of her being the centre of some amourous advances She seems so much happier with off lead play!
