Sleepy staffy needs to lose weight

staffy has ruptured crucial ligament in back leg. he had cancer march this year has issues after operation so cannot operate he is overweight started him doing hydrotherapy swimming as he can hardly walk need to find a suitable diet food for him, no snacks or treats no more, he is nearly 10 any info please which can help him

sorry I have no information on this subject as though my girl has been a touch chubby in the past I have been fortunate enough to assist the weight loss with exercise but hopefully one of our more experienced owners will come along soon and be able to help you Smile

I can't really help either, hydrotherapy is a great start, will you be able to increase exersize again? Royal Canine do a veterinary controlled diet, helped me for a short while.
