No neck and head measurments ? ... very important stats for a bull breed

Any chance of a guide of how and where to measure them for different areas?

Height is from the floor to top of shoulders
length base of neck to root of tail
girth around the chest behind front legs
waist around belly after last rib
head all the way from top of skull under and back round

Lola looks quite petite, but wow is she in great condition ... just about right, lovely muscle tone and very lean .. love her
