no thats not photo shopped its on a hill and maybe 8,5/ 9 feet to top of head more than possible for a horse iv seen some cart horses that size if not slight taller

Lol the horse is standing on a hill, but no matter it is still 21 hands which is 7 ft tall to the shoulders.

Trust me you won't have, the tallest "cart horse" and i'm assuming you mean shire, is about 18-19 hands
