You have a website, do you own the domain which this website relates to ??

Or do you have access to this domain for email purposes ?

For example, my hubby has several domains, and chooses the email accordingly.

imagine your website is www-dot-mydomain-dot-com
If you wish to use an associated email address, it would be something like
thisisme (the @ symbol) mydomain-dot-com (the words dot just replace real dots here, otherwise the forum will try to use it as a real address Big Grin )

After that, you need to know who hosts your domain. There are several hosts around, but let's say you got your domain through 1&1, which is one of the bigger ones.

Your email details would then be
Name: thisisme
Email: thisisme (the @ symbol) mydomain-dot-com
SMTP Server (the outgoing server, how you SEND Email): smtp.1and1-dot-co-dot-uk
POP Server (the incoming server, where people send YOU emails) pop.1and1-dot-co-dot-uk

SO you need to know:
THe domain name
The host name
Before you can proceed any further.
