Anybody know of a good quality bike for my wee father?

Never used an exercise bike, so can't suggest any i'm afraid, prefer my mountain bike to get out and about

never had a bike but had a crosstrainer burns more cals mine was a reebok one very solid machine for the money can buy a good one of ebay second hand
